Utah Olympic Park

Most guys are hard to shop for. I tried to think of something useful and fun for Otto and Phil and found a course at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City they could do. So I bought a pass for them and Conor so they could go together over the holidays. My thought was the girls could go shopping or we could spend the day up there wandering around. That didn't go like planned, but we all seemed to enjoy our little outing. It was cold, but the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day. I'm glad I wasn't signed up to do this. Maybe I could've done the easier route on the bottom. I had fun watching and taking pics of them, however! haha!

Phil had a slight setback on this section.

Finally made it onto the platform and wrapped his legs around the pole! : )

And the right shoe is off! But Conor managed to get it trapped with his foot and pick it up. I am clumsy and would've dropped it for sure!

Otto, Hazel & Maddie in the bobsled.
Hazel liked the Luge sled. My hips were way too wide so that sport is out of the question for me!

Holiday Cheer

If these don't bring a smile to your face, I don't know what will. : )

Mini Conor with this cheesy grin! : )

Christmas 2012

What a fun year! Conor's family came and stayed with us for Christmas again this year. It was great to have everyone here and spend time together.

Christmas was pretty simple for all of us. Stockings were where it was at this year!!! I guess we were all pretty good. Hazel didn't really get into it, nor understand what we were doing. We also woke her up to start it all. Maybe next year she'll get into it. But she did love to look at baby Jesus from my nativity on the mantel. : )

Santa gets a cookie, so why not everyone else?

Maddie has impeccable dental hygiene and was constantly brushing her teeth. : )

Grandpa Phil with the two girls. I know Hazel looks like a boy here. haha! Look at her pointing again . . .

My present from Santa. How did he know I love juicy pear Jelly Belly's? 10 lbs. I need to start eating them. That can be my New Year's resolution!!! : )

I've been wanting a 4 generation photo of us. Finally! I think my mom, grandma & I look quite a bit alike.
